First there is the traditional Frozen Ass Endurance race December 27, 3 to 6 hours of running around the cross at the top of Mount Royal, no matter how cold it gets, hence its name. Susan Magher has run it several times and Pete ran it for the first time last year. Our friend from "down under" Kelvin Marshall will be in town again this year and plans on running. Hot soup and a warm fire await you in the chalet if it gets too cold. Let's hope for some snow and seasonal weather this year!

If 6 hours of running in the cold is a little too much for you, well then Jessica Coll's 3rd Annual 5k Fun Run on December 31 should be perfect for you! This is a fun family event which starts at 10 am.
Hot coffee and a snack will be served starting at 9. A small donation to the Terry Fox Foundation is appreciated. Please let Jessica and Olivier know if you plan on going so they can prepare you a bib: [email protected] More info at this link: http://jessicacoll.com/race/About/index.html
