Congratulations to Mary Goyens, long time Phoenix members and SUPER Grandma (8 grandkids and counting?). Mary ran the Montreal Hypothermic Half Marathon and still trains weekly at the Vaudreuil track. Wonder if she has a triathlon in the works for this summer?
