Congratulations to Susan Crawford who ran her first ultra race at the Trans Montréal 60km run and finished with a respectable third place women. Anna Maria also ran the distance just a week after the Marathon du P'tit Train du Nord, that would be over 60km since AM got lost, you will have to factor this into your races from now on ;-)
AND you heard it here first, Pete Faucher will be taking over the Trans Montréal race next year, looking forward to seeing more Phoenix runners attempt this 60k flat race which runs from one end of the island to the other along Gouin Boulevard. For those who can't attend the MRSQ, this is a nice alternative in the fall when it is cooler. I will move the date to November 11 (TBC) as to not interfere with October marathons... more to come.
