Spring racing season is off to a good start!
Congratulations to Albert Devries and Mary Knockwood who ran the Around The Bay 30k,
and Bernie Cornell who ran the 5km. Good job guys!

Congratulations to Eddy Nolan and Anna Maria Drouin who ran the Lasalle 10k. Way to go!
Congratulations also to our fast Phoenix friends, Melanie Myrand and Anthony Franchini who ran respectively the 5k and 10k races.
Although they had great times by our standards, they both had an off day. Melanie admittedly started too fast and as she said "crashed" at the end, "When you decide to start your race off like an idiot. Best to make mistakes early in the season". She still finished first woman!
As for Anthony, another runner accidentally stepped on his shoe which went flying off, so Anthony took the other shoe off and finished the race in his socks, gutsy!
